Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refunds: Issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance of a tour unless a Tour Guest wishes to reschedule for an alternate date/time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to a scheduled tour or “no shows” will not be refunded. As a courtesy, we may however, at our discretion, try our best to reschedule a tour, at no additional expense, to the Tour Guest (s). If this is possible for us to do, the new tour will be rescheduled based upon our tour event calendar’s available dates/times and booking availability. Tours are conducted throughout the year and regardless of weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet, sunshine, extreme heat or cold temperatures), unless My NY Tours advises otherwise. My NY Tours reserves the exclusive right to cancel a tour if we deem that severe weather presents potentially hazardous touring conditions or might otherwise hinder the tour. In the unlikely event that My NY Tours must cancel a tour for any reason, weather-related or otherwise, it is essential that we have a Tour Guest’s local contact information, on file. If tour cancellation is inevitable, we will attempt to contact the lead Tour Guest to inform them of either a refund or rescheduling of their tour. It is for this reason that at time of booking, we urge the Tour Guest to provide us with a direct, local, NYC telephone number, where they may be contacted, for tour notification purposes. If staying at a NYC hotel, the Tour Guest must also provide the full name of the person that the hotel reservation was booked under, so that the hotel can locate the guest’s room and we can contact the Tour Guest, expeditiously. Failure to provide the requested contact information may result in My NY Tours being unable to contact a Tour Guest (s) with notification of a tour’s cancellation. If a cancellation occurs and the Tour Guest (s) is/are left waiting at the tour meet-up spot because they were unreachable through a local, NYC telephone number, My NY Tours will assume no responsibility for this situation. Therefore, if, for whatever reason, you cannot provide us with a local, NYC telephone number the time of tour booking, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you contact us through one of our Booking/Customer Service Agents on the morning of the tour, to reconfirm that your tour is still running. If My NY Tours must initiate a tour cancellation, a full refund of the tour’s purchase price, will be given. If, however, we are able to accommodate you by rescheduling your tour for an alternative date/time appearing on our calendar of tour events, no monetary adjustments, of any kind, will be issued. Partial Refunds: All tours are marketed and sold as a complete tour packages, therefore, should a guest decide to leave a tour prior to its completion (due to other commitments, sudden illness, etc.) or if a tour guest opts to forego the utilization of pre-purchased tickets to site attractions (as applicable), My NY Tours, LLC will offer no refunds for ANY unused services.
